- Seller and staff set auction date allowing for maximum exposure

- Make all arrangements concerning the venue and day of auction details
- Gather all information pertaining to the specific property to be used in the property information packet and in effective and informative advertising
- Place advertisement in local, regional, and if needed national media. Media may include direct mailouts,newspaper ads, radio or televison, exclusive web pages, and signage
- Prepare an informative “sale bill” to be direct mailed to banks, professional firms, and high traffic areas
- Conduct personal tours of the property and initiate phone calls to interested buyers
- Email alert to Dakota Properties extensive recreational database
- Develop presence on internet, giving worldwide exposure to unlimited number of viewers. - Distribute by mail or internet the property information packets. These packets include information such as FSA aerial maps, color photos, map locations, tract descriptions, terms and conditions, and any other information that would be needed to allow the buyers to be prepared to bid on the property
- Set determined dates for showing and allow for private showings
- Complete set up and preparation of the venue is the responsibility of our staff
- Conduct the public auction, our professional staff take care of registration, clerking, computer tabulations on tracts, and professionally ring the auction
- At the conclusion of the auction our staff will prepare the purchase agreements and collect the earnest money to be placed in broker’s trust account till closing
- Dakota Properties staff will coordinate all aspects of the completion of the auction including coordinating procedures to bring the auction sale to final closing. In most auctions the title company will conduct the final closing and prepare the closing documents. We will order title Insurance, deed and any other documents needed for final closing.
