7,440 deeded acres plus a 640 acre school section lease provide a great wintering ground for your herd. Indian Creek traverses the property and offers approximately 1,800 acres of farm ground currently planted in Triticali with substantial wheat base and 561 acres of grass planted in 2006. Some of the land is in CRP. With good fences, a pipeline share of 24% permits watering of 1,050 head.
