The Boxelder Creek Ranch consists of 2,228 deeded acres with an additional 120 acres BLM lease. It is located in Eastern Montana approximately 19 miles south of Ekalaka. Highway 323 borders the ranch. The highway separates the summer pasture from the hayland and creek bottom.

The summer pasture is adequately watered with 3 electric wells and a good stock pond. There is also a good 30x50 machine shed with sliding doors on this tract. This unit is cross-fenced into 3 pastures for grazing rotation.

The hayland/creek unit on the west side of Hwy 323 is a very desirable unit consisting of 280 acres. It provides excellent hay production and has over 4,000 ft of Boxelder Creek winding through it. This unit is home to an abundant amoung of wildlife including mule deer, white-tailed deer and turkey. This unit has all new fence and has been surveyed.
