Todd Schuetzle was born and raised in Pierre, South Dakota an area known for its upland, waterfowl, big game, and fishing opportunities. He has owned, operated, developed, and sold ag and recreational properties for over 20 years. He brings years of experience in using the auction method in an energetic and successful marketing concept that sells, bringing buyers and selles together to realize their goals. His experience gained in all facets of the ag operation give him the knowledge and experience in helping his clients find the right recreational investment and the right Federal Farm Programs to develop and enhance the property.
