Troy Engstrom is the owner of Engstrom Appraisal Agency, a full service real estate appraisal company located in Watertown, South Dakota. Troy has been a registered and licensed real estate appraiser since 1997. He became a Certified General real estate appraiser in 2008 and a licensed real estate broker associate in the spring of 2009. Since 1997, Troy has completed over 800 agricultural and recreational land appraisals through the eastern two-thirds portion of the state of South Dakota. Troy grew up hunting and fishing with his father and grandfather in South Dakota. It is a family tradition that he continues to pass on to his two sons. He is passionate about the outdoors and passing on the hunting and fishing traditions to the future generations. His experience gained in the appraisal business, in the fields, and on the local lakes and rivers, provides a vast knowledge of the agricultural land and recreational property markets in the region.
